Matt joined Pelorus Wealth Management as an Office Administrator in the fall of 2024, but has unofficially been a part of the Pelorus family since 2012 when his wife, Shauna, was hired as an Insurance Advisor. 

Matt graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.  He is active in the community and spent 14 years working as a Probation Officer with at-risk youth and adults in Ashtabula and Lake County.

Matt resides in Jefferson with his wife and their children, Breelyn, Grayson, and Carter.  He is active in his church, Jefferson Church of the Nazarene, and enjoys coaching his children’s baseball and basketball teams.
